The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has denied owing its benefiting scholarship students, saying it has paid all their school fees and allowances up to date.

The President of the Ijaw Peoples Association (IPA), Francis Akpanari, had claimed that the programme was not up to date in its obligations to some scholarship students in the UK and Ireland.

But, the Interim Administrator of PAP, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio (retd.), through his Special Adviser on Media, Neotaobase Egbe, in a statement on Tuesday described the allegation as unfortunate and without facts.

“No student on our scholarship scheme or any institution is owed. Those with contrary opinions are challenged to provide the names of the students and schools owed,” the statement said.
