At the crime scene, the Security Man attached to the property simply identified as Mr Isaac E., narrated that he heard strange noise around 3.30am and before he knew what was happening over 10 men brandishing knives, machetes and daggers were inside his compound.

The Efab estate manager, Mr Philip Oyelakin, did not disclose the number of victims but promised to brief the press after approval from the estate board.
