Following their meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday, Nyesome Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, and Siminalayi Fubara, the suspended governor of Rivers State, may have reconciled.
According to information obtained by The Intercept on Thursday, President Tinubu met with members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Speaker Martins Amaewhule, Wike, and Fubara in the Presidential Villa on Thursday evening.
The encounter was verified by Channels Television.

Meanwhile, details of the meeting are still sketchy as of the time of filing this report.
Earlier, The Interpreter reported that Fubara met with Speaker Amaewhule in Abuja on Thursday.
The latest meeting signals an end to the rift between Wike and Fubara.
