Canadian rapper and singer Drake lost his $1.5 million wager once more after Spain defeated Argentina in the FIFA World Cup.
Spain defeated Argentina 1-0 on Sunday in the 2026 World Cup final.
Drake had wagered $1.5 million on Argentina to defeat Spain to cash out $5.1 million via the betting site Stake.

The singer’s most recent defeat has rekindled debate about the “Drake curse,” a widely shared online belief that contends that teams that the singer publicly supports frequently end up losing.
Earlier this year, Drake had lost a wager after supporting former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor, who was vanquished by Max Holloway.
Fans built a website called TheDrakeCurse.com to monitor Drake’s sports forecasts and betting history, and this latest defeat adds to his increasing list of failed sports bets.
