Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, the former minister of women affairs and social development, has released a new movie.

President Bola Tinubu appointed Kennedy-Ohanenye was appointed as the minister of women affairs on August 21, 2023.

Tinubu, however, sacked her along with four other ministers from his cabinet on October 23, 2024.

Following her exit from office, the 51-year-old politician has continued her pursuit of a career in the Nigerian film industry.

In a post via X on Wednesday, Kennedy-Ohanenye announced the release of her lastest movie titled ‘Hatred’.

She has previously appeared in films such as ‘Saving My Marriage’, ‘Hunting the Angel’, ‘Royal Ploy’, and ‘The Cowgirls’.

Kennedy-Ohanenye has worked with big names in the industry like Segun Arinze, Ngozi Ezeonu, Linda Osifo, and Francis Duru, among others.

Beyond acting, Kennedy-Ohanenye is a lawyer and entrepreneur. In 2015, she became a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

During the 2023 general elections, she declared her candidacy for presidency, making history as the first woman to do so under the APC.

She later withdrew from the presidential race and publicly endorsed Tinubu.

Meanwhile, Spyro with real name Oludipe Oluwasanmi David says he is being threatened with his alleged sex tape.

Speaking about the details of the threat on his Instagram story on Tuesday February 4th.

Spyro accused unknown religious figures of hiding behind their faith to cover up their deceitful actions.

Expressing his frustration, the singer explained that the blackmail attempt came after he confronted an individual online for a wrongdoing.

“Don’t be deceived, the biggest scams and liars are the ones at the top of religious ladders.

They perpetrate evil and quote holy books to support their wrongs and then the emotional games and threats. The deception is on another level.

I once called out someone for wrongdoing me and the next day, the person started confessing scriptures.

“In the same vein, sending threat messages about releasing my sex tapes and how they have a girl claiming she’s pregnant for me.”
