Isah Usman, also known as Nigger, was found not guilty of robbery and criminal conspiracy by Jigawa State High Court No. 11, which is located in Ringim.
The defendant was previously presented before the court on charges of armed robbery that occurred in Chaichai Tsohuwa Village, Dutse Local Government Area, Jigawa State, on February 2, 2020.
Justice Muhammad El-Usman, the presiding judge, stated in his ruling that the prosecution had failed to present the necessary evidence to support the defendant’s allegations.

He said the prosecution was able to call only one witness and did not tender any exhibits.
Justice Muhammad explained that the prosecution had failed in their bid to establish the offence against the defendant when they failed to call the two alleged victims of the offence to testify.
