Singer Spyro has talked candidly about how he met his partner, Janet Atom, stating that they first connected in a nightclub where she was employed.
The musician clarified in an interview that Janet was there to work rather than for fun.
He explained that while he was not criticising clubbing, he was drawn to her at work.
Spyro claims that he struck up a discussion with her because he was curious as to why she worked at the club.
According to Spyro, the conversation eventually turned into a friendship.
He continued by saying that he discovered she had the attributes he was looking for in a life mate during that friendship.
The musician went on to say that when they initially met, he had no intention of getting married.

“I met her working in the club, not partying in the club, but that’s not to say that partying is wrong. But she was working there and that’s how I got to notice her. I was curious to know why she was there and why she was working at the club, and that was what made me have my first conversation with her.
“We got talking and we became friends. The one day my eyes popped up and I was like ‘Oh what I have been looking for was right in front of me.’ because I wasn’t really thinking of making it a lifetime thing, so I said before I quickly miss it, lemme swing into action…” he said.
In October 2025, Spyro lavished Janet, his fiancée, with praise, calling her “truly a wife material.”
She had a positive impact on his life, particularly in helping him make better financial decisions, he said.
Spyro disclosed that Janet suggested he invest in real estate instead of purchasing a Cybertruck, pointing out that such a fancy vehicle would be expensive to maintain.
The musician claims that her helpful advice struck a chord with him, proving that he has discovered amate who shares his beliefs.
