Diamond Platnumz may have married his signee Zuchu. The Tanzanian singer recently posted a series of photos and videos on his Instagram from what appeared to be a Nikkah ceremony.
The images suggested that Diamond’s caption left netizens curious:
I know each of you has a completely different image of Diamond Platnumz and marriage, but today I just want to tell you that this Diamond Platnumz has been married before, and one day I’ll tell you how it happened.
Despite the post, clarity soon followed. A video of the couple looking joyous as they rode together after the event. In this clip, Zuchu says, “Mume wangu. We are married,” while Diamond laughs beside her.

Additionally, Diamond’s mother, Mama Dangote, confirmed the Nikkah via her Instagram account, writing:
Alhamdulillah limepita salama. Congratulations my son Naseeb Kihwa and your wife Zuhura.
This ceremony comes after Diamond had previously announced his intention to marry Zuchu before the start of Ramadan in 2025, a plan that did not materialise at the time.

Diamond Platnumz disclosed the news of his upcoming wedding to Zuchu, his on-and-off lover.
The revelation came on Sunday, January 19, during a political rally in Dodoma, Tanzania.

Diamond, a father of five, promised to wed the Sukari hitmaker in February, ahead of Ramadan, which begins on Friday, February 7.
The announcement was made while he attended the CCM political rally, where he sat alongside fellow artist Nandy.
Speaking at the event, Diamond reaffirmed his intentions to tie the knot, despite previously denying his romantic relationship with Zuchu in the latest season of Netflix’s Young, Famous & African.
“He says he will marry her next month before Ramadan,” Nandy spoke loudly at the rally when they asked Diamond.
