Following an attack by alleged armed Fulani herdsmen in Adeor community, Ndzorov Council Ward, Guma Local Government Area, Benue State, two farmers, Nensha Adeor and Kator Gbenge, suffered severe injuries.

The incident took place in Samuel Ortom’s hometown, the former governor of Benue State.

Local reports claim that the victims tried to prevent the herders from letting their cattle graze on and destroying their fields, which is when the tragedy occurred.

Both guys were severely wounded in the brutal attack by the herders, who were allegedly carrying machetes.
