Confirming the development, the Lagos State Police Command said Peller was arrested after his actions were deemed a deliberate attempt at self-harm and a serious threat to other road users.
Police accounts indicate that the incident happened on Sunday, December 14, 2025, when Peller was allegedly seen driving dangerously while livestreaming on social media, an act that reportedly resulted in a severe accident on the Lekki–Epe Expressway in Lagos. Vehicle electronics
