Nigerian influencer and entrepreneur Priscilla Ojo has responded to social media users urging her to “free Juma Jux” amid concerns about the Tanzanian singer’s slimmer appearance.
After some Tanzanian fans jokingly remarked that Juma Jux had dropped too much weight after marrying Priscilla, the online argument gained momentum.
The couple’s social media profiles were inundated with comments, some of which urged Priscilla to “leave their brother alone.” Priscilla responded to the detractors in the comment area by humorously brushing off the accusations and reiterating that her husband is doing just fine.
She also jokingly mentioned that Juma Jux is content with their marriage and enjoys the spotlight.
Quickly becoming viral, screenshots of the conversations generated conflicting responses on social media.
Some fans laughed at the remarks, while others stood up for the couple and asked detractors to stop controlling the singer’s appearance.

Earlier in May, Priscilla Ojo stated that she believes her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, would be faithful in spite of the attention and scrutiny that accompany a celebrity marriage.
Actress Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla, discussed her marriage in an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo on the WithChude podcast.
She stated that discipline and trust are essential to their relationship in response to worries about infidelity associated with artists.
“If he decides to go that route (cheat), it is his decision. But I trust him. He’s very disciplined,” she said.
She acknowledged that dating a music star attracts constant attention from admirers but said personal values ultimately guide behaviour.
She noted that some women make strong advances. But said prayer and discipline help a man who knows what he wants to stay in control.
“Of course, it’s not easy with women throwing themselves, but it’s his discipline and decision. Don’t get me wrong, some women go to any length; that also happens. But if you are both prayerful and your man is disciplined and knows what he wants. I feel he will be in charge,” she added.
Public interest in the couple has been high since they went public with their relationship.
According to past interviews, the pair said they met in Rwanda and built their relationship privately before confirming it.
