Seyi Vibez has removed his disparaging remarks against famous chef Hilda Baci. This happened just hours after she vowed to sue him.
In a warning letter, Hilda had threatened to sue Seyi Vibez if she didn’t remove what she considered to be libellous tweets about her and offer a public apology.
A check made hours following the warning revealed that the musician had removed all of his posts regarding Hilda, but he had not yet issued an apology.
After the artist included her in his disagreement with Dapper Music about purportedly missing N1 billion in catalogue funds, Hilda issued a warning.
Seyi Vibez was signed to the Dapper Music record label owned by Hilda’s boyfriend, Damilola Akinwunmi, in 2022.
In September 2024, he parted ways with the record label and updated his bio with “Independent artist”.

Nigerian singer Seyi Vibez recently made fresh accusations against music executive Dapper Music, claiming he played a big role in building the executive’s career.
Seyi Vibez made the claims on X while reacting to the ongoing controversy surrounding Dapper Music and artistes signed to his platform.
The singer dragged celebrity chef Hilda Baci, alleging that money from artists’ music catalogues was being spent on her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
“Na Hilda Baci BBL all una catalogue money dey go. All of una dey craze and una mama,” Seyi Vibez said.
He further recalled an encounter involving food he claimed was given to him by Dapper Music, alleging that he became seriously affected after eating it.
“I chop Hilda Baci food one day. Na the same Dapper give me. The food almost kill me,” he said.Buying High-Fidelity Studio Headphones
Seyi Vibez also claimed that his money was used to sign artistes by Dapper Music, adding that he was responsible for helping the executive build his business.
“Am bigger than the whole Dapper and his entire generation. And my money was the money being used to sign all the artiste he signed since Chance Naham! Allah walai. I made Dapper,” he said.
The singer further accused Dapper Music of taking advantage of artistes associated with him, while expressing concern about those still working with the executive.
“Dapper won take all of them life. Oh boi. I pray say the people wey remain no go see chance commot,” Seyi Vibez said.
