The Ogun State Ministry of Justice has declared preparations to prosecute TikTok content creator Ademola Abiodun, often known as DJ Chicken, in response to a slew of road accidents that have sparked worries about public safety.
The case follows reports that on November 1, 2025, Abiodun crashed into two motorcycles in Sagamu, Ogun State, seriously injuring a female passenger and a rider.
According to a statement sent by the government on its official X account on Monday, witnesses claimed that Abiodun attempted to leave the scene but was stopped by bystanders.
The ministry claims that DJ Chicken was involved in a third collision on Sunday in Lekki, Lagos State, barely avoiding pedestrians.

Part of the statement reads, “Mr Abiodun’s heedless return to the wheel with no greater care just three weeks after makes it imperative that the state must intervene to protect the public – especially as there is an organic outcry against his continued driving.
“While it may be reasonable to allow crash victims to get compensation from persons who have driven recklessly and to resolve road traffic collisions as a civil wrong, some road users are special dangers to society and should be held to account under criminal law,” it said.

The statement added that in an effort to guarantee accountability, the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Oluwasina Ogungbade, SAN, has instructed pertinent officers to move quickly on the pending crash case from Sagamu for a prompt arraignment.
Nonetheless, the ministry reiterated its dedication to working with law enforcement agencies to protect the public from reckless drivers.
Nigerian actress and content creator Ariyike Owolagba, aka Ariyiike Dimples, has explained why she stopped going to church.
Featuring in a recent episode of the Open Up podcast, the movie star shared that she stopped going to church for three years after a church elder questioned her fashion sense.
She claimed that because she wore a pencil skirt to church, which the elder deemed indecent, she would go to hell.
The actress said she was frustrated by the experience and quit church.

“In my community church, you see only elderly people. You barely see the young ones. The young ones have gone to other churches. It was too serious. Yes, you can have your doctrines, but there is a way you can simplify it for young people and take them in without judging them.
“The reason I stopped going to church was because I wore a pencil skirt to church and an elderly woman said I will go to hell fire. I was shocked and felt wrongly judged so I stopped going to church for 3 years. And thankfully, I was already out of my parents’ house.
