Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, son of Priscilla Ojoa and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, has amassed over 100,000 Instagram followers less than 24 hours after his birth.
The newborn had earlier gained 50,000 followers within just an hour of his arrival, making him one of the fastest-growing celebrity babies online.
Iyabo Ojo first broke the news of Rakeem’s birth in an Instagram post that featured a photo of the actress holding her grandson, with his face carefully hidden.
The announcement came shortly after Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux held their much-talked-about gender reveal in Tanzania.
The couple had previously confirmed they were expecting their first child together through a joint Instagram post on July 4, 2025.
Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala’s Instagram account has now skyrocketed to 151,000 followers.

Taking to Snapchat on Monday, Priscilla revealed that she was rushed to the hospital at 3 a.m. after contractions began, noting that the pain quickly overpowered her plans to “slay” and create content on her big day.

“We had to rush to the hospital at 3 a.m.! Contractions isn’t a joke. All plans to slay at the hospital and create content were cancelled,” she wrote.
She also disclosed that her son, Rakeem, arrived earlier than expected, skipping his father’s birthday, which was meant to be his due date.
“Me: Rakeem, your due date is the same as Papa.
Rakeem: Please, this woman, I want my day alone.
#juma_jux sorry, my love, your son wants to shine alone,” Priscilla joked.

In July, Priscilla Ojo reacted to claims that she was pregnant before her wedding to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
The 24-year-old said they had already been legally married before the publicized Nikkah ceremony that was held in February.
She made this known on Friday via her Snapchat handle, a day after she and Jux shared their pregnancy announcement post on Instagram which stirred fresh speculations online.
