Influencer Priscilla Ojo unveiled her son’s face for the first time as Rakeem Mkambala turned one today, August 24, 2026
On Monday, Priscilla, the wife of Tanzanian artist Juma Jux and daughter of actress Iyabo Ojo, posted pictures of the young child on Instagram.
She referred to Rakeem as her “greatest answered prayer” in the birthday tribute.
“We blinked, and a whole year passed. Watching you grow has been the biggest blessing. You are the most cheeky, happy, cleverest little pumpkin. You light up every room you walk into”, she wrote.
She added: “365 days of loving you, cuddling you, and watching your beautiful personality shine. You are curious, so joyful, so smart and so full of life.”
Priscilla also offered prayers for her son’s future: “We pray you grow up healthy, happy and full of purpose. We pray God guides your steps… We pray your laughter never stops and your beautiful heart stays pure. Happy 1st Birthday our sunshine, we love you endlessly.”
The couple announced the pregnancy in July 2025 and later celebrated his birth with family and fans.

The baby quickly drew online attention, with an Instagram fan page reportedly gaining over 50,000 followers within an hour of its launch.
Despite public interest, Priscilla had kept Rakeem’s face off social media, saying she would reveal him when the time was right.
Earlier this month, Priscilla Ojo responded to social media users urging her to “free Juma Jux” amid concerns about the Tanzanian singer’s slimmer appearance.
After some Tanzanian fans jokingly remarked that Juma Jux had dropped too much weight after marrying Priscilla, the online argument gained momentum.
The couple’s social media profiles were inundated with comments, some of which urged Priscilla to “leave their brother alone.” Priscilla responded to the detractors in the comment area by humorously brushing off the accusations and reiterating that her husband is doing just fine.
