The show’s organisers have confirmed Neche’s voluntary departure from Big Brother Naija Season 11.
Neche resigned because of urgent personal issues that needed her quick attention, according to a statement issued by MultiChoice Nigeria and the Big Brother Naija production crew.
Following Sunday’s live eviction episode, Neche made her departure known to the other competitors.
“Neche took this decision as a result of pressing personal matters, which she said required immediate attention,” the statement read.

The production crew said that it respected Neche’s choice and commended her enthusiasm and dedication during her tenure in the programme.
Neche’s contribution to the season was highlighted by “notable wins and achievements” throughout her stint in the house, according to the organisers.
During Sunday night’s live eviction episode, Kamsy, a gift curator and event planner, became the third housemate to depart the reality show.

After failing to get enough votes from the public to stay in the competition, host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu declared her elimination.
Kamsy emerged as the only housemate leaving that night, adding yet another dramatic twist to the elimination.
She was the only competitor sent packing out of the sixteen housemates nominated for eviction this week.
With her departure, 21 housemates will compete for the N160 million grand prize.
With 24 original housemates, Season 11 debuted on July 26.
During the previous Sunday’s live eviction episode, Martins and Mercedes were the first two participants kicked out of the house.
During her three weeks in the house, Kamsy stood out among the competitors due to her vivacious nature.
Another aspect of her reality-show adventure was the attention she garnered from a brief love engagement with fellow roommate Gerard.
But as the rivalry intensified and the relationships within the home changed, what had started as a trivial matter became problematic.
