Following a recent vehicle accident, the Federal Road Safety Corps, or FRSC, has demanded swift legal action against well-known Nigerian TikToker Peller.
Following the breakup with his fiancée and content creator, Jarvis Peller allegedly got into a purposeful automobile accident on Sunday afternoon.
Many online users denounced Peller’s actions and demanded that the authorities revoke his license after the footage of the incident appeared on social media.
However, the Federal Road Safety Corps ordered its Lagos headquarters to prosecute the TikTok star in a statement published on X in response to the occurrence on Monday afternoon.
Speaking in the statement, the Corps Marshal, Shehu Muhammed, urged entertainment stakeholders including the Actor Guild of Nigeria, AGN; Content creators and entertainment associations to call their members to order over dangerous use of the road.

He directed the Lagos command to prosecute Peller for “reckless driving, use of phone while driving and distracted driving, in accordance with extant traffic laws”.
The Corps further warned the entertainment industry that ” fame does not confer immunity from the law, nor does it excuse dangerous behaviour on public roads”.
Following the breakup with Grace Nation Bible Ministry Pastor Chris Okafor, Nollywood actress Doris Ogala made a suicide attempt.
Following the video from Pastor Okafor’s engagement, the actress, Ogala, dragged him on Saturday, December 13, 2025, for leaving her to propose to another woman despite promising her marriage.
Speaking about their romance, Ogala, who claimed she once got pregnant for the clergyman, accused him of collecting money from her, leaking their sex video, her nude clip, and making her leave her marriage.
She said, “After everything, after promising me marriage and disgracing me like this, turning my life upside down, you want to marry? I come to present my own account because I saw the proposal video and it’s not adding up to me. My heart is broken . We have been dating since 2017, you want to leave me and marry who?
“When I got married, you cried that I should leave the man. I left the man and came out. Who are you leaving me for? Who will marry me after sharing my miscarriage video? Your lawyer carried the video and gave it to my lawyer. My sex video with you, you carried my body and sent to your lawyer, and your lawyer sent it to another lawyer that sent it to my lawyer.
“After sharing my body publicly. You now want to marry after destroying my life. Was I behaving like this before you met me?”
