Kizz Daniel has refuted a widely circulated rumour that a court had frozen his personal and company accounts due to a breach of contract.
According to the report, which went viral on social media, the Buga hitmaker’s accounts with Access Bank were frozen by a court order, and he was ordered to pay €200,000 in damages for not showing up for a gig even though he had been paid $50,000 in advance.

Kizz Daniel’s team said in a statement issued on Thursday, September 25, 2025, that the claim was untrue, deceptive, and an intentional attempt to damage the artist’s reputation.
“Kizz Daniel has no such case in court, and no accounts have been frozen. We urge fans, partners, and the general public to disregard this fabricated story,” the statement partly read.
The singer’s crew stressed that the artist is still focused on his music and future performances and promised to pursue legal action against those responsible for the false report.

The group pointed out that the singer has previously been the subject of unfounded rumours, but his management maintains that these diversions won’t stop him from providing his fans around the world with high-calibre songs.
They remembered that Kizz Daniel’s name, image, and likeness, along with those of other musicians, were actively used by the promoter of Afrobeats Meets Berlin 2022 to sell tickets and generate excitement for a festival that never materialised.
Kizz Daniel was prepared to perform, the statement continued, but the promoter “failed to uphold his own obligations.”

Dede, BBNaija Season 10 housemate, has stated that she wants to stay in the house once the program concludes because she fears meeting her mother’s reaction to her behaviour on the reality show.
Despite claims of being in a meaningful relationship outside the house, host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu recently called her out for sharing a passionate moment with fellow housemate Kola beneath the covers. This caused her to express confusion about her mother’s views during her diary session on Thursday.
She jokingly asked Biggie if it was possible to stay behind after the show, saying, “Yes, Big Brother, I would like to know if it’s possible to stay back after the show because I don’t know if I’ll be home. I think I’m scared of my mom, especially after what happened last Sunday. I don’t know if she will want to take me back. Can I stay back?”
In response, Biggie teased her with a humorous reply: “Then it will become Dede’s house.”
