After being detained for several days, Regina Daniels’ Sammy was reportedly granted bail on Monday, November 10, 2025.
Sammy was moved to Suleja Prison after being remanded in Keffi Prison by a Dutse Magistrate Court on Thursday.
Celebrating Sammy’s release on his Instagram story, his elder brother, @Sweezzy1, wrote: “Sammy, you are a great man. Bail has been granted! Nigerians, thank you.”

Recall that Regina Daniels’ Brother Sammy was arrested in Lagos a week ago by Senator Ned Nwoko over his alleged involvement in the ongoing messy breakup with Regina Daniels.
Regina Daniels has disclosed that Senator Ned Nwoko, with whom she is at odds, possesses her sex tape.
She revealed this in response to Nwoko’s accusation on her Instagram page that she used illegal substances.

Daniels claimed that even though she trusted her ex-husband and shared her sex tape with him, the drug addiction accusations damaged her reputation.
The actress added that Nwoko had always been a step ahead of her in a bad way and expressed her wish that the sex tape would never be made public.
She said, “Yes everyone, it is now history that Regina Daniels did drugs because that was what her husband wanted believe it or not. Dearest ex-husband, thanks for breaking the crown you put on my head. No one knew us like us and I trusted you with all of me even with my sex tape which I prays never see the light.
But you have always been a step ahead negatively. Foolish me! When I married you at 17, was I on drugs? I thank God for time. My name is ruined for now but I will rewire my story! That narrative will be dead and gone.”
Finally, Regina asserted there was no legal marriage between them and said her time with Nwoko cost her prime years and career opportunities:
“No matter how much you think you spent on me, it can never equal the value of the time I gave you, my prime years, my energy, and the career opportunities I sacrificed while being with you.
“And for the record, I would have filed for divorce long ago if there had ever been a legal marriage between us. We were never married in any court of law… Leave me alone, Ned. Marriage is not by force. Love is not by force,” she said.
