Due to an alleged attack on a film set, actor Taye Arimoro has vowed to sue his coworker Peggy Ovire, demanding a public apology and N100 million in damages.
According to reports, Peggy’s staff halted Taye’s car and deflated the tyres when he tried to leave the set after his contracted working hours had ended.
Taye accused Peggy and her group of physical abuse and posted a widely viewed video of his wounds, which included bleeding lips and gums.
Peggy refuted these accusations, saying Taye was the one who attacked two crew members, including her driver, who was bleeding.

CCTV footage later surfaced, appearing to contradict Peggy’s account, showing her removing her wig and preparing to engage in a fight with Taye.
Taye’s lawyers argue that his rights to personal liberty, movement, and dignity were breached, and he’s seeking damages for emotional trauma, psychological stress, and loss of earnings.
