Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has disclosed that she improved her facial appearance without surgery by using PDO, fillers, and threads.
In a post on her social media profile, Ogbodo revealed her new appearance and gave an explanation for her decision to improve it.
The actress stated that although she loves herself, she is willing to alter her appearance since she thinks people shouldn’t just whine about things that they can change.
“I got me a new face, because I can,” Ogbodo wrote.
Ogbodo explained that the procedures were aimed at lifting her face, restoring volume and smoothing out lines.
“I had Threads + Fillers + PDO done to lift, restore volume, smooth out lines and give me that fresh, youthful, well-rested look — without surgery,” she stated.

In May 2025, Uche Ogbodo opened up about her BBL surgery, stating it’s a mummy makeover.
In an encounter with Saturday Sun, the mother of three opened up on the challenging journey of motherhood, body changes, and her choice to undergo plastic surgery, a decision she now refers to as her “Mummy Makeover.”
For me, motherhood has been a journey of transformation, both beautiful and challenging. As I navigated the ups and downs of raising my children, I sometimes felt lost in the process. My identity shifted. While being a mother brings immense joy, it also made me question my self-worth and beauty,” she said.
“The weight gain was challenging. I didn’t feel like myself anymore. Years of battling allergies, weight fluctuations, and self-doubt. I miss the woman I used to be and the woman I aspire to become.”
“This surgery is a birthday gift to me. It’s a reminder that I’m worthy of care and change. It’s about taking control of my life and loving the woman I am becoming. This journey is not just about changing my appearance; it’s about rediscovering my strength, resilience, and beauty. I did this not just for myself, but for my loved ones. I want them to see me happy, whole, and beautiful.”
