Nollywood actress Venita Akpofure disclosed that, despite her advanced age of 39, she is still getting approached by suitors.
Akpofure stated that her appearance is a dating advantage, emphasising that she appears much younger than her actual age.
The reality star further stated that the majority of her suitors are younger men, asserting that they are the only ones brave enough to approach her.
“I am 39, but if I told you I was 28, you would believe me. I only get approached by younger men. They are more courageous than the older ones.
“What they don’t have in their bank accounts, they make up for with bravery and audacity,” she said.
Venita Akpofure has two kids and is divorced. She had a love relationship with Adekunle, a fellow reality star and younger man, but it ended soon after the Big Brother Naija All Stars episode.

BBNaija star Bella Okagbue has broken her silence over the controversy surrounding her breakup with former boyfriend Sheggz, saying she eventually stopped believing promises and began paying attention to patterns.
Bella addressed the issue in a statement shared on her social media page, explaining that she had remained silent because she believed some parts of their relationship should stay private.
She said she genuinely loved Sheggz and defended their relationship because she believed in it, adding that she gave him another chance because she believed people could change.
However, Bella said believing someone could change did not mean she had to wait indefinitely for that change.
“The person everyone experiences publicly isn’t always the person you experience privately,” she wrote.
The reality star also addressed discussions about marriage and the ring Sheggz previously said he bought for her.
“A ring doesn’t fix what made a relationship impossible,” Bella said.
