Celebrity Nigerian businessman Linus Williams Ifejirika, aka Blord, has advised unmarried people to delay marriage until they are both emotionally and financially ready.
In a recent episode of the Adult Gist podcast, B-Lord expressed disapproval of the habit among some young people of marrying before they are financially secure, driven by peer pressure and social norms.
Claiming that marriage is not an accomplishment, he advised young Nigerians not to rush into marriage.

“Don’t rush to marry. Take your time and make a good choice for a life partner. Don’t break ladies’ hearts because one day you are going to have a daughter and what you did to other people’s daughters, someone else is going to do the same to your daughter.
“Treat women the way you want them to treat your daughter. Ladies, treat a man the way you want them to treat your son. So, don’t be in a rush to marry. Marriage is not an achievement.

Nobody should push you into marriage. Because if you rush into marriage, you will rush out.
“So, take your time. Age doesn’t matter… Don’t marry who you will regret later. Because to reverse marriage is very very hard, most especially when children are involved,” he stated.
Earlier in May, Blord provided information about his stay inside the Kuje Correctional Centre, praising certain aspects of the establishment as orderly and comfortable.
In a recent interview that was posted online, Blord disclosed the VIP treatment he received while in the facility.
The social media star, who recently got into a fight with Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman (VDM), also likened the facility’s atmosphere to specific areas of the National Youth Service Corps’ orientation camp.
He claims that the jail facility has separate facilities for prominent Nigerians
