Cristiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend, Georgina RodrÃguez, got married today in a private civil ceremony in Cascais, Portugal, officially becoming husband and wife after nearly a decade together.
The wedding was kept away from the public spotlight, with the couple choosing an intimate celebration attended by close family and friends. Their five living children were also present for the occasion.
Ronaldo and Georgina began dating in 2016 after meeting at a Gucci store in Madrid, where Georgina was working as a sales assistant. They were first seen publicly together later that year before making their relationship more public in 2017.
Almost nine years after their relationship began, Georgina announced their engagement on August 11, 2025, sharing a picture of her engagement ring. Exactly one year later, the couple completed the journey by getting married.
Ronaldo and Georgina have built a large family together. They have two biological children together: daughters Alana Martina, born in 2017, and Bella Esmeralda, born in 2022.
Ronaldo’s other three living children Cristiano Jr., and twins Eva and Mateo, are also raised as part of the family, giving the couple five children in total.
