Nigerian musician Innocent Idibia, aka 2Baba, has finally acknowledged that he and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, are having marital problems.
Following the commotion at the Abuja nightclub, the artist unfollowed Natasha and re-followed his ex-wife, Annie Idibia, over the weekend.
According to reports, Natasha invaded the recently opened Abuja club where the musician was scheduled to perform on Friday with goons. Natasha has been harshly accused online of a domestic attack on 2Baba.
Reports and social media footage that went viral claim that Natasha showed up at the club and began asking to see her spouse.
The event happened a few weeks after the singer allegedly left their house and blocked Natasha from reaching him.
However, finally confirming the incident during his performance at Daddy Showkey 50 years on stage concert on Sunday August 9 2026, 2Baba said, “I don go look for trouble. I don hear am.”
While describing his marriage to Natasha as trouble, 2Baba said in Pidgin English, “Going forward ehh, I don decide not to dey look for trouble again. I don go look for trouble, I don hear am.”

When one of the concertgoers tagged his encounter with Natasha as love, the singer rebuked him.
The fan said from the crowd, “Na love now.”
2Baba sharply responded, “Na love? You dey craze.”
In late January 2025, 2baba declared on Instagram that he was divorcing Annie Idibia and starting the divorce process.
“The marriage hasn’t been working for a long time,” he said. He revealed Edo State politician Natasha Osawuru as his new girlfriend a few weeks later.
Following 2baba’s announcement, Annie removed his surname from her social media handles but later reverted to it.
In March 2025, she dropped the singer’s surname and now goes by her maiden name.
In a post, Annie appreciated everyone who supported and stood by her during her “trying times”.
She also expressed gratitude for the overwhelming love while now identifying as “Annie Uwana Macaulay”.
The couple got married in 2012 and had two children together. They faced intense public scrutiny and personal challenges throughout their 13-year relationship.
Annie is currently responsible for the custody of their two daughters, Isabella and Olivia Idibia.
