A Dutse Magistrate has placed Sammy West, the brother of actress Regina Daniels, on detention at Keffi prison.
According to reports, Sammy was placed under detention on Thursday without having access to legal counsel.
In a post on his Instagram account on Thursday, the actress’s oldest brother, @sweezzy1, revealed the news.
While begging the public to help him ask what Sammy’s offence is, he explained:
“He is currently at Keffi Prison! Dutse Magistrate has suddenly disappeared, Ned you can pay everybody but you can’t pay for integrity!!
“Sammy is currently in prison Everyone please help me ask Ned what is Sammy’s offense? Sammy said my lawyers are on their way I was not given an opportunity to call no one! Please can I call them? Judge say remand him till they can file for his bail. Bail has been filed magistrate has disappeared no one available to sign. You sha want make he test the prison?? Ned the most powerful man in the universe. You still no fit big pass God!”, he said.

He also shared a video where Sammy was saying “they didn’t allow me to call my lawyer. They didn’t allow my family to see me since I was arrested on Monday. No body knows where I was taken to”.
Sammy West was arrested in Lagos on Monday by Senator Ned Nwoko and allegedly flown to Abuja with a private jet.
Reacting to Sammy’s arrest on her Instagram page, Regina Daniels, who is currently going through a messy breakup with husband Senator Ned Nwoko, disclosed that her brother was arrested alongside her sister to force her to submit herself for rehabilitation.
Senator Ned, who accused Regina of substance abuse after calling him out for domestic violence, had accused Regina of evading rehabilitation.
