Adekunle Olapade, a former housemate on Big Brother Naija, has claimed that he was recently “kidnapped” by several Nigerian Police Force agents and held captive for eight hours.
The reality personality from Lagos described his experience on social media, claiming that he was chained and physically assaulted.
He asserted that if it weren’t for supernatural intervention, his experience might have turned out differently.
He did not, however, disclose the circumstances surrounding his purported kidnapping.
“What a night! [I was] kidnapped, harassed and handcuffed by the Nigerian Police Force in the last 8 hours. This story could have been a completely different one, and no one would have known. But gory be to God, I’m alive today,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, the police are yet to react to his allegations.

Terry G, a Nigerian artist, has asserted that his musical success was due to the devil.
The musician stated this while reacting to the viral rumours of his death.
Debunking his alleged death report, Terry G also addressed the controversy trailing his “I sing for the devil. I’m falling short of the glory of God,” a remark he recently made on the Honest Bunch podcast.
However, in a now-deleted video on his Instagram page, the singer said in pidgin
“how una dey my people? Social media, ma pami now.
“My phone has been buzzing since morning. Like, people have been calling to check on me that they saw something online about my R.I.P saying Terry G don die. I beg ooo, whoever is trending that news should stop. I’m doing very fine, please stop that. I beg you in the name of God.
“And also, let me clarify this. There’s another one trending about me serving the devil. Una no know before. Una no know say na the devil I dey serve? Yes na devil I dey serve. Na devil makes me blow (popular)”, he said.
