Media personality Toke Makinwa is celebrating with her close friend and fashion designer Toju Foyeh who is also pregnant.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Toke expressed joy and gratitude, writing: “Sharing this journey with my sister friend @tojufoyeh is a testament to the fact that God will always give you what you need.”
She revealed that she had once worried about becoming an older parent, but believes God’s timing has been perfect, allowing their children to grow up together.
”I always worried about being the oldest parent in the room and my child not having friends in my circle cos everyone’s kid is all grown up but look at God. Our kids get to grow together and do this thing called life with each other,” she wrote.

The media personality also shared a throwback photo of her and Toju from 10 years ago, taken during a trip to Miami.
”Toju and I in Miami 10 years ago, I was going through the worst time of my life and my girlfriend decided we go to Labor Day weekend.
”10 years after we are having our first babies. May they take the world the way we are taking it. One city at a time @tojufoyeh”, she captioned the post.

Toke’s congratulatory message to her friend garnered a lot of love and attention from fans and followers.
In April, while in an interview on her podcast Toke Moments, Makinwa said she would consider becoming a co-wife if the opportunity arises.
She revealed that constantly being in charge can be exhausting, and she now desires a partner who can ease some of that pressure and allow her to unwind.
Toke Makinwa added that while she used to judge others for certain choices, her perspective has changed and she now understands.
“I won’t lie, at this point in my life if I have the opportunity to marry as a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th wife, I will think about it,”
