Former Big Brother Naija housemate Ike Onyema has defended Tuoyo Ideh, praying for divine intervention and justice in the wake of his arrest during the NDLEA’s raid on Proxy Nightclub.
In a prayer shared on social media, Ike called upon God to defend Tuoyo, surround him with peace, and expose any injustice or evil surrounding his arrest.
He also prayed for Tuoyo’s freedom, healing, and restoration, both physically and spiritually.
Onyema wrote:
“Heavenly Father, We lift up Tuoyo who has been wronged and mistreated by those meant to protect. You are the God of justice rise and defend the innocent. Surround him with your peace in this storm, with your strength in his pain, and with Your light in the darkness of injustice.

“Lord, expose the truth let every lie crumble and every hidden evil be revealed. Bring him freedom, healing, and restoration body, mind, and spirit. May Your mercy always shine through so that those who abuse power may be humbled and transformed. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen”.

Veteran actress Ngozi Nwosu has disclosed why, despite “red flags” of physical abuse, she married her late husband.
Nwosu stated in an interview with Ayo Adesanya that even though she had originally decided to call off the wedding, her older sister pleaded with her to stick with the arrangements, telling her that the abuse would end and that things would improve.
Nwosu claimed that she nearly left their wedding day because of the emotional and physical violence she endured at the hands of her late husband.
Citing an instance in which her late spouse dragged her by her hair, forcing her to bleed, Nwosu disclosed that his violent attitude was a persistent problem.
She said:
“I don’t believe marriage is a do-or-die affair. When the domestic violence is too much, you’ve got to move. If you take it once, get ready, you must be ready to take it for the rest of your life.
“My husband is this kind of violent person. I went to the kitchen to boil water, and he broke the kitchen door. I will never forget that day till I die. I plaited Bob Marley, he drew me, and one strand of the attachment came out with blood.
“I didn’t know where I got the strength from, but I picked up a pestle. I was ready to kill him that day and go to jail. My neighbours saw me naked.
