Celebrity Nigerian influencer Tunde Ednut has stated that Senator Ned Nwoko, Regina Daniels’ estranged husband, arrested her best friend after she appeared in public with her purported new beau overseas.
In an Instagram post on Monday night, Tunde addressed Ned Nwoko on the arrest of Ann, the best friend of actress Regina Daniels.
Lagos State police detained Ann on Monday due to the senator’s accusations of theft and other offenses.
The development came some days after the senator’s estranged wife was seen with a new man in a club.
However, reacting to Ann’s arrest, Ednut urged the senator to move on and let Regina Daniels go.
While acknowledging Nwoko’s influence, the influencer wrote “You don’t have to keep trying to arrest her family members all the time. It’s enough. We know you are powerful and influential, but it’s ok sir. Grandpa, at this point, you have to move on sir.

“DEAR NED NWOKO SIR. Pa Ned Nwoko don find another strategy to arrest that small girl’s brother again.
“Sir, it’s time to let that girl go sir. She no want you anymore, just leave her and her family alone.
“I know it’s that picture of her alleged new boyfriend’s hand on her soft hips that triggered this new arrest, but sir, you have to find it somewhere in your heart to let that beautiful, fresh warm skinned, tomato Jos, soft yansh, talented young girl go. Grandpa please sir.
“You are a senator sir, don’t forget you have work to do Ooo!”, he stated.

The actress said during a live broadcast that the claims were made by her estranged spouse, Ned Nwoko.
Regina said that because of the suspected theft, an arrest warrant had been issued for her and a few family members.
But she vehemently refuted the allegations, saying they were untrue and baseless.
