Nollywood actress Regina Daniels stated that she is no longer interested in getting married following her difficult divorce from Senator Ned Nwoko.
The mother of two, however, declared that she must have a daughter and stated that she is still very interested in having more children.
Daniels stated that she wants a daughter since she thinks daughters take better care of their parents in old age during a recent livestream with TikToker Jarvis.

“I want to have six children and I have two already, two boys. It so crazy but for some reason I have checked my mind out from getting married. But I am going to have a girl and I must have a girl.
“Men will grow, get married and and focus more on building family. But for women she will always remember home,” she added.
The public was outraged when Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko, got married in 2019 because the actress was just 19 years old at the time and the rich politician was forty years older.

Both of their kids are boys.
Their marriage experienced a highly publicised crisis in late 2025 as a result of Nwoko’s claims that the actress was abusing drugs and alcohol and needed treatment.
Regina Daniels quickly refuted the accusations and charged Nwoko with abuse, psychological control, and manipulation.
She left the marriage soon after and moved into her own home, insisting that she has been unmarried ever since.
In December 2025, Regina Daniels expressed her opinions about getting married again after her widely reported split from Senator Ned Nwoko.
Daniels disclosed that she is still traumatised by her past marriage in response to a fan’s inquiry about whether she would think about getting married again.
She went on to say that she had no plans to get married in the future.
The actress said that she was done with the institution of marriage when asked if she might marry someone who was closer to her age.
“Will you consider marrying another man and will be your age,” the fan asked.
“Nopeee traumatized with that institution,” she responded.
