Senator Ned Nwoko, a Nigerian politician and husband to actress Regina Daniels, asserts that having a single wife is akin to being alone.
This assertion was made by the politician who is currently experiencing marital difficulties with Regina Daniels, his fourth wife, in an attempt to support polygamy.
Nwoko said he felt sorry for men who only have one wife in an interview with Seun Okinbaloye on Channels TV on Sunday night.
He said that his polygamous lifestyle was driven by the “difficulty of standing on a single leg” when defending his choice to have numerous wives.

“Just imagine telling you to stand on one leg, you know how difficult it is. But it is much more balanced to stand on two, three, or four.
“I feel sorry for those with one wife. I don’t have any regrets, and I will do the same thing again”, the lawmaker stated.
Nwoko said this amid a messy marital crisis with his fourth wife, Regina Daniels, who in a viral video online, accused him of domestic violence.
In response, Nwoko accused Regina of substance abuse.

However, in a new development that seems like confirmation of their divorce rumors, Regina on Sunday evening posted a picture of herself standing on the balcony of a new house, raising speculations that she had moved out of her marital home.
There are now insinuations that she acquired a new house in Lagos State.
The picture had the caption, “I needed a roof over my head”.
In February, Regina Daniels deactivated her Instagram account.
This came after rumours that her husband, billionaire businessman and politician Ned Nwoko, has allegedly welcomed a child with actress Chika Ike.
Social media was abuzz with claims that Nwoko, who is married to six wives, Regina being the youngest, has secretly welcomed another child.
The rumours gained traction after Chika Ike announced her pregnancy. The big reveal sparked both congratulatory messages and controversy.
Adding to the speculation, Regina was noticeably silent on his recent defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
She also did not post any Valentine’s Day tribute to him.
The actress took to her TikTok account to clap back at her critics with a bold message. In a video, she confidently walked towards her luxurious red Ferrari while captioning it with a message aimed at her detractors.
“All shades seen: Don’t comment if you never cry for Ferrari.”
The video quickly gained traction, sparking mixed reactions from social media users. Some supported her stance, while others criticized her for prioritizing wealth over personal peace.
