Singer Peter Okoye, aka Mr P, has levelled new accusations against his older brother and former manager, Jude Okoye, alleging that he once threatened him during a disagreement over a property in the US that belonged to the former P-Square group.
In the fifth part of his video series, Mr P accused Jude while continuing to recount the circumstances leading up to their breakup.
“This incident happened in early 2015; it started making sense to me after EFCC told me everything. Why the sudden attack?” Mr P said.

The musician claims that the incident happened in 2015 when the brothers decided to split their holdings, which included a duplex in the US.
Mr. P stated that the disagreement started when he learned that his portion of the US property had been sold without his knowledge.

Peter claimed that things became heated when he challenged Jude about the choice at a music event.
“He told me to get out of his front before he slapped me. He wanted to beat me up before other artistes stepped in,” Mr P alleged.
The singer also denied allegations that Jude made a financial investment in P-Square, maintaining that Henry, their older brother, was the one who provided early backing for the band.
Mr. P added that he later found documents purportedly created to give Jude’s wife, Ifeoma Omokeke, ownership of the US property.
He claims that after learning of the potential ownership change, he declined to sign the paperwork.
Mr. P further claimed that Jude insisted he could kick him out of the company and claimed to have majority control over the group’s assets.
In April 2025, Jude Okoye, the former manager of the defunct music group, P-Square, was released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, after two months in detention.
Jude Okoye was arraigned by the anti-graft agency alongside his company, Northside Music Limited, on seven counts of charges related to money laundering.
