Uche Montana has refuted rumours that she was connected to the alleged drug problem involving actress Regina Daniels and her spouse, Senator Ned Nwoko.
A few days after Nwoko accused Regina’s close friends and family, including actresses Sonia Uche and Uche Montana, of allegedly hindering his wife’s rehabilitation process in a lengthy Facebook post, Montana responded to the allegations in a statement on her Instagram page on Monday.
According to Nwoko, the people in issue would “bring her the same drugs she was being treated for” and frequently disregarded doctors’ orders to limit Regina’s access during therapy.

Reacting to the allegation, Montana said, “My attention has been drawn to a circulating post that appears to link my name to certain claims.
“For clarity, I have no involvement or connection to the situation described. This note is simply to set the record straight and protect my peace.”
Her rebuttal is coming as the controversy surrounding Regina Daniels’ marriage to Nwoko continues to intensify.

Recall that two weeks earlier, Regina had alleged in a viral video that she was a victim of domestic abuse, describing herself as a “slave” in her husband’s home.
Nwoko, however, dismissed the allegations, insisting that his wife was battling “drug and alcohol addiction” and accusing her of physically assaulting domestic workers.
Senator Ned Nwoko of Delta North has stated that Regina Daniels has to attend rehabilitation to address drug misuse and protect her health.
The congressman stated that he wanted her to be alive and well so they could raise their kids.
In an interview with reporters on Sunday, Nwoko said this, emphasising that the choice was essential for the 25-year-old actress to be in the proper frame of mind to raise their two kids.
The congressman claims that several concerning toxicology findings showing elevated levels of dangerous chemicals in Daniels’ system prompted him to take this position.
He added that his wife’s normally composed demeanour had changed in the last several months as she started acting violently and destructively and experiencing frequent medical emergencies.
“I want her alive and healthy, not just for me, but for our children.
“We have two young kids together, and they cannot fight for themselves, so I’m going to fight for them by safeguarding their mother.
“Many people have died of drug overdose, and if anything happens to her now, what will I tell her children tomorrow,” he asked.
