Veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, better known by his stage as Ogogo, has explained why he will not get involved in the latest altercation between Funke Akindele and actress Toyin Abraham.
In an interview with Feel Right TV, Ogogo revealed this information.
On Sunday, Funke Akindele ignored Toyin Abraham at the film premiere for actress Iyabo Ojo.
Eight months after their long-running conflict was resolved, the incident took place.
Ogogo revealed that “women’s fights are too complicated to get involved in,” declining to discuss the event during the interview

While scolding the duo for not being sensible enough to appreciate what God has done for them in the entertainment industry, Ogogo noted that it is only an “unwise man that would interfere in women’s drama”.
“I don’t interfere in women’s disputes. Both of them are blessed by God. So, why are they fighting? When men have similar issues, they laugh over it and move on, but women will make a mountain out of a low hill with the same issues. So it’s difficult to interfere”, he stated.

Ogogo’s comment came a day after veteran actress, Saje, announced that she had reconciled them, and ordered them to take the drama off social media.
In June 2025, Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele showed off their newfound friendship after ending their feud.
This came a year after Toyin Abraham, in an Instagram plea for reconciliation, sought an end to the persistent industry rivalry among her, Mercy Aigbe, and Funke Akindele.
However, putting aside the feud, the movie stars followed each other on Instagram as they shared affection.
In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, the “Alakada” actress went down memory lane to years ago, when they both started their acting careers.
She acknowledged Funke Akindele’s production prowess, stating that she is an inspiration to women across Nigeria. Toyin Abraham also eulogised the actress for topping the box office.
