Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known as Ego, a well-known Davido associate, passed away after complications from a penis augmentation operation in Thailand.
While on a lavish vacation in Thailand with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, in March 2026, Ego had the surgery done at an unidentified clinic.
The affluent British-Nigerian businessman and influencer had 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis, according to TMZ, during an inquest at the Inner West London Coroner’s Court.
Danielle informed doctors about the filler injections, but Ego lost consciousness before a recommended CT scan could be performed.
After medical professionals concluded that he had experienced a pulmonary embolism—a blockage of a blood artery in the lungs—he was moved to critical care.
Ego passed away in the early hours of March 6 despite apparently receiving more than 100 minutes of CPR from medics.
According to reports, a postmortem investigation carried out in the United Kingdom discovered cellular debris in his lungs that matched the hyaluronic acid utilised during the surgery.
Ego’s death was later determined by coroner Jean Harkin to be the result of a pulmonary embolism brought on by the cosmetic operation.

Ego was known for showcasing his lavish lifestyle on Instagram.
He was later buried in London in a gold coffin reportedly costing more than $745,000.
Speaking at his funeral, Davido said the events “don’t feel real,” describing Ego’s death as “heavy.”
Cubana Chief Priest also shared a video from the funeral and paid tribute to the deceased.
